Thirteen-year-old problem solver, Edwina, dishes out advice with the help of her friends and a little song and dance.

Dear Edwina JR. is a heartwarming musical about the joys of growing up, from the creators of Junie B. Jones, The Musical. Written in a “show-within-a-show” format, Dear Edwina JR. is the perfect “girl power” musical for a new generation.

Dear Edwina JR. follows the adventures of plucky advice-giver-extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple, as she directs the neighborhood kids in a series of buoyant production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly "Advice-a-Palooza.” Edwina and her friends share wisdom on everything from trying new foods to making new friends through clever, catchy and poignant songs.

Set in a mythical “once upon a time” sort of land, Shrek the Musical is the story of a hulking green ogre who, after being mocked and feared his entire life by anything that crosses his path, retreats to an ugly green swamp to exist in happy isolation. Suddenly, a gang of homeless fairy-tale characters (Pinocchio, Big Bad Wolf, the Three Pigs, Wicked Witch, ect) raid his sanctuary, saying they’ve been evicted by the vertically challenged Lord Farquaad. So Shrek strikes a deal: I’ll get your homes back, if you give me my home back! But when Shrek and Farquaad meet, the Lord strikes a deal of his own: He’ll give the fairy-tale characters their homes back, if Shrek rescues Princess Fiona. Shrek obliges, yet finds something appealing–something strange and different–about this pretty princess. Along with a wise-craking Donkey, Shrek must find out if he is a hero in his own way.

Carrie the Musical 13-18 (PG-13 for language, some sexual references, violence, and blood)

In this revamped, contemporary version of the famous story by Stephen King, Carrie: The Musical follows a young teen with telekinetic powers. An outcast at school, where she is bullied viciously for her differences, Carrie is also lost at home, with a fervently religious mother, Margaret, whose love traps her in its maw. When PE teacher Miss Gardner, a kind classmate Sue Snell, and Sue's boyfriend Tommy Ross reach out to try and help Carrie, it seems that for once, Carrie might have a shot at being accepted by being invited to her high school prom. But Chris Hargensen, the class’ most vicious bully, has other ideas. Pushed to the brink, Carrie’s powers threaten to overwhelm her, and devour everyone around her in flame.

Parents, we will be going through the script and changing some of the major swear words and cutting physical sexuality (no bumping and grinding in dances) but we will be doing the full show. If you would like to watch a version of it to get an idea of what the musical is like, please watch this link.
