Ticketing Policies
Please read the following ticketing policies before purchasing tickets.

You may pre-purchase tickets at our online box office at any time they are available.

Friday on any show weekend, all tickets for that weekend are taken offline and are available only in the box office at the theater. This is to avoid confusion between the two systems.

On the day of the show tickets are only sold at the door (cash or check only please).

Tickets for other weekends will remain available online until that weekend. If a show starts on a Thursday, online ticketing for the weekend will come down that day.

Box Office opens approximately 1 hour before showtime for seat assignments.

Doors open approximately 30 minutes before the show.

Seating is first come, first served, and all no-show purchased tickets will be released 5 minutes before the show opens to guests waiting in the lobby.

All ticket purchases are considered donations and refunds or exchanges are not offered.

We ask that you refrain from bringing children under the age of 4 out of respect for other patrons.
We sell two types of tickets:
Reserved Chair Seats: This ticket will guarantee you a chair seat for the show.
Floor Seats: Kids will be seated on the floor and stairs of the auditorium.
Online Prices*
Mainstage Shows
$12 for reserved seats in the auditorium
$6 for seats on the floor (students and children)
*Tickets purchased online are subject to a service fee of $1-$2
When you purchase online you will only receive a PayPal receipt for the purchase. It should show the date and time of the seats you purchased. We also receive a copy and enter your seat purchase onto our reservations sheet for that show. You do not need to print your receipt, although it is good practice to do so and bring it with you to the theater for proof of purchase if any issues arise.
